Here's our *VERY* loose play on a Tripleta to honor Fransisco Lindor for opening weekend. We made sure to stack it with three meats (tomato and garlic braised pork, prosciutto cotto and roast beef), but then we went kind of wild and melted some mozzarella on it and topped it with spicy pickles, sweet pickled red onions and a cabbage and pepperoncini slaw. No I am not a metS fan, I just lost a bet šŸ« . REMINDER THAT WE CLOSE AT 3 PM TODAY AND TOMORROW!!!!
