We are super excited to announce the completion of our comissary kitchen in Old Gretna. We know how crucial it is for new businesses to have access to a commercial kitchen when starting out so we decided to create a space for people to use!
Pricing
-One time non refundable fee of $100 to get setup with door code, rules and regulations etc.
Up to 10 hrs per month (4 week period from first day of use) = $200
Up to 20 hrs per month = $360
Up to 30 hrs per month = $480
Up to 40 hrs per month = $600
Up to 60 hrs per month = $780
Up to 80 hrs per month = $960 * includes additional shelf on metro rack
Up to 120 per month = $1300 *includes additional shelf on metro rack
*Additional fridge door space available for $50/month
*Additional dry storage available, $100/extra shelf per month
Anyone using the kitchen is required to have liability insurance naming Nocca Lucille LLC before starting use in the kitchen.
All users must sign a standards of use policy before using.

The kitchen has a 6 burner gas range, a double convection oven, ice machine, walkin cooler, standup freezers, 20 qt mixer and all the standard tables/tools/smallwares.
Due to the size, we have a very flexible schedule with availability basically all the time.
Since we will have multiple people using it, we do need to get each user on a semi set schedule so ensure there is no unwanted overlap. There will be times where there are multiple users at once, but it will be dependent on what equipment each person needs etc.

Yes. While we are licensed by the Dept of Health and the City of Gretna, each business using it will need their own permit from DHH.
It is located as 201 7th St, Gretna LA. It is right off exit 7, two blocks behind the Gretna Police Station
