Look at these cute lil meat roll ups!! What are they? They are beef braciole - a staple of our dinners at my grandparents' house growing up. It's beef that's been pounded thin and rolled with breadcrumbs, herbs and cheese. They are then seared and cooked low and slow in marinara until tender. They are available on our holiday catering menu if you feel like giving em a try! We also feature an eggplant version if you're vegetarian and want to try! For those, we slice the eggplant lengthwise and roast em, and then fill em with the same stuffing as the beef. Take a peek at our holiday catering menu on our website! Orders close 12/18 🙃
