A rather pretty salad made its way onto our catering menu this year.
It's got a kale and mixed green base, and is loaded with shaved fennel, pomegranate seeds, satsumas, pepitas, red onions and castrevelano olives all tossed in our citrus vinaigrette.
It's nice and tangy from the citrus and pom, and then salty from the olives. Perfect to brighten up your holiday feast!
We've also got our stuffed peppers as an easy snack, a mix of hot and sweet stuffed with cheese and meat, and returning this year is Ben's Lemon Olive oil bundt cake - ultra moist and tangy!!
