In case you didn't know, we make some DELICIOUS pimento cheese (thanks to @teedertotter ). Ours is made with Calabrian chilis and no sugar, so it's savory with a kick instead of sweet. Slightly Italian-ified.
This weekend, we also have a SPECIAL lil dip in our retail fridge - our eggplant caponata!! Much more traditionally Italian, ours is super rich and tangy. It's also vegan!!
